Herbert Berghoff, cofounder of Berghoff Insurance Services, began his professional career with Price Waterhouse. After several years, he became the Chief Internal Auditor of a major bank. He then spent a few years in private accounting before starting his own CPA firm. He then sold his firm, only to realize he missed working with his clients. He then founded HJB Management, this firm specializes in income tax preparation for individuals, partnerships, corporations, and trusts.

HJB management is also involved in tax planning and estate planning. In all the years of servicing his clients, Herb frequently received referral requests for a reliable life insurance agent. Instead of referring these clients elsewhere, Herb made the decision to begin offering life insurance services. Until recently Herb has been offering life insurance exclusively through National Life of Vermont. With the help of his son and partner Warren Berghoff Herb is excited to launch a full-scale life insurance agency. This agency allows Herb to offer several types of insurance policies many different insurance carriers. Weather it’s through tax [preparation, tax strategy, estate planning, or life insurance Herb’s passion is helping his clients achieve their financial goals.

Warren Berghoff, cofounder of Berghoff Insurance Services is an alumnus of the University of Southern California. After graduating from the Marshall School of Business (Entrepreneur Program), Warren has enjoyed a 34-year career as a successful entrepreneur. As part of this his entrepreneurial journey Warren was hired by Acrisure Insurance (formerly Hoffman Brown Insurance Agency) for business development and client services in their property and casualty division.

After several years of serving clients in the property casualty sector, Warren has increased his insurance services to include life insurance via Berghoff Insurance Services.
